We invest in the stock required for the Hotel businesses and after the contract is agreed upon, required quantity of linen stock is provided in the beginning.
Hotel Laundry is collected and expedited by canvas bags, trolleys, collapsible wire carts and then transported to the laundry service premises.
Any unwanted items from the soiled laundry are removed and sorting of linen is carried out according to their type and stains. Counting is done to record and mark down the exchange of linen for an easy billing procedure.
The sorted linen are loaded to the washers in batches according to their type and weight ensuring that the washers are not overloaded. Linen with stubborn stains are treated separately and then loaded to the washers with destainer, detergent and then fabric Softener.
After the washing process is completed, the linen goes into the air dryer for drying which is followed by a gradual cooling process as a preventive measure to protect linen getting damaged or wrinkled.
The clean and dried linen goes into the iron rollers for ironing and then folded clean and smooth. We use JLA 1.5 and 2.1 Dryer Ironers and JLA 1.9, 2.5 & 3.2 Steam Dryer Ironers.
Linen is then packed into canvas bags according to their type like Bed Sheets, Pillow covers, Duvets Covers, Towels depending on the size and are ready for dispatch.
Linen is usually dispatched in convenient hours in coordination with the hotels when room services are over and soiled linen is collected so that the clean linen is dropped off and soiled linen is picked up for laundering.
